But we weren't alone. The very next day, we picked up Henry, Michael and Melinda's dog. They needed us to take care of him for a bit and thought he might enjoy staying in a house with people and another dog. Trixie and Henry have gotten along before, but they've never spent the night together.
And this is the product of two dogs living together! Crazy crazy playing and wrestling. Aaron actually said that two dogs are easier than one. It's true. For one, you don't feel guilty for not playing with them. Why? Because they have a sibling to play with.
They're learning to share, although, for a while, there was a little jealousy going on between the two of them. Sometimes, Henry would block Trixie from even getting to us, as if to say that we were HIS humans....um, Henry? No! 
And I love the little doggie smile that Trixie has in this shot. Really, these two are great for each other. They play rough, but they give each other space.
