My favorite socks!

Trixie's favorite socks are made of mud! True story! There was a big puddle at the dog park and who was the only dog LAYING in it?! That's right, Trixie! For real, the only thing she DIDN'T do in the water was roll over. When is spring going to get here?!

Trixie discovers Television

And boy, does she love the Westminster Dog Show?! She can barely stand it! So exciting...who will win?!

Bath day!

You see this face? This is the face of a pup that knows her minutes are numbered.....YES, it is bath day! She's all scruffy and her fur (although she looks white) is disgusting. She smells once again like she's homeless. That head needs a clipping, right? We go to My Two Dogs now for grooming. They offer hand stripping, although, since we don't show, there's no need for it. We get a puppy cut which numerous dog friends at the dog run have commented on. Anyway, My Two Dogs is AMAZING! They absolutely LOVE Trixie. (To be fair, Trixie also loves them back. Aaron takes her to an 'under 30 lbs. play group' there every other Friday)And here's our clean little girl....well, I tried to take the same shot as before but she REFUSED to pose, so this is the best we got. But, you will never guess what happened....YEP! Grooming was wasted! Oh well. We love the new cut, and she smells SO nice!

Yawning Pup

Trixie has been very privileged lately. Both her parents have been home to play with her. We've been training a lot...with HAM! Trixie goes nuts for turkey and ham, more so than liver or heart. It's been extremely hard for her to learn "quiet." I know we're trying a very difficult thing for her to do. Look how tired she is from all the training...

Look at that puppy yawn. For real though, she's gotten very good at sit, stay, come, down, off, stick em' up, high five, touch, and she's working on bang!
This dog is so good! Look what we do to her?! She still loves us!
