Since we drove all the way from LA to Paso Robles where my family lives, we wanted to make pit stops for Trixie. It's a 3 hour drive and she has to stay in her crate while in the car. We stopped in Solvang, a little Danish village right off the 101. Parts of the movie Sideways were filmed here. We always stop to get Danish pastries.
Trixie had a great time and everyone on the sidewalks wanted to pet her, was saying how adorable she was....Solvang is good for any cute pup's self esteem.
